All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Each acrylic case is handmade and inspected before shipping to ensure top quality. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may vary slightly — we’ll always communicate if there’s a delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method. Most orders within the U.S. arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Packaging

Each case is packaged securely with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Our goal is for your order to arrive in flawless condition, ready to display your collectibles.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us here within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include your order number and any relevant details or photos so we can assist you quickly.

International Shipping
